AI Use Case Designer Template
What is it?
LOTI’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use Case Designer Template helps teams ideate on new AI use cases and think about what other factors would need to be in place for AI to deliver real value.
Why was it created?
Many councils are exploring new use cases for AI. LOTI’s AI Use Case Designer Template can be used for individual ideation or in workshop settings to help clarify thinking about where and how the AI would be implemented and who it would benefit. Importantly, it also provides prompts to think about what other factors would need to be in place relating to people, technology, data and processes for the AI to deliver its intended impact.
Who should use it?
The AI Use Case Designer Template is intended to help anyone in local government who is looking at designing new AI use cases for their organisation.
