Why did we create it?

Our device upcycling research revealed that one major barrier to boroughs / organisations repurposing their disused /retired digital devices (to meet the demand for devices) was the lack of know-how particularly concerning the process, challenges and key considerations. We hope the practical guide and process map will help address those concerns and provide confidence to anyone who’s tasked with conducting device upcycling.
