Workshop Activity Cards
What is it?
Think of this as your facilitation “cheat sheet.” It’s a curated collection of workshop activities organised by the goal you’re trying to hit—whether that’s generating ideas, sorting priorities, building empathy, or mapping out a vision.
Each card contains a set of activities for each activity type using design thinking giving you a plug-and-play framework to keep your sessions creative and on track.
Why did we create it?
We developed these cards because staring at a blank whiteboard is easily the most daunting part of any project. The aim was to move away from rigid, one-size-fits-all agendas and instead provide a modular “stack” of activities that you can mix and match. Whether you’re dealing with a room full of sceptics or a high-energy creative team, these tools allow you to build a bespoke session that feels intentional and gets you to an outcome faster.
Who should use it?
This is for anyone tasked with leading a room. You don’t need “facilitator” in your job title to use them; they’re designed for project leads, designers, or anyone who simply wants to run a more effective session. If you’ve ever felt that pre-workshop nerves or struggled to keep a group on track, these cards act as your structural safety net, giving you the confidence to guide any group toward a tangible result.
