This toolkit was developed by the Helix Centre and seeks to share the methods, approaches and outputs of our digital inclusion project in order to make it easier for community groups and London boroughs to emulate this approach.
Each section includes guidance and practical tips for identifying the challenges to be addressed, creating designs and prototypes that address them, testing and iterating design ideas and evaluating their success at achieving the project’s objectives.
