1. Create the right multidisciplinary and collaborative hybrid work programme:

  • Include Digital, HR, Organisational Development, Facilities and Strategy staff in the core working group
  • Set up mechanisms to listen to employees from different parts of your organisation and from different demographics

2. Use anticipatory tools to understand what the future of your workplace might look like:

  • Gather insights from staff with surveys and workshops
  • Use foresight and collective imagination exercises to understand what you want to achieve and avoid
  • Monitor weak signals and trends (e.g. by using digital tools) to understand the direction your organisation is moving

3. Implement actions to help move your organisation toward the future you want:

  • Run pilots and experiments
  • Change process flows that require collaboration
  • Identify and offer new types of training for the future
